Return Authorization Required
Before returning any item, you must request a Return Approval Code (RAC) by calling or emailing our customer service No returns will be accepted without an RAC.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Defective Products
We gladly accept returns of products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues within 30 days of purchase.
Once inspected, you will receive either a replacement with free shipping or a full refund.
Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a defect:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit only.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved – that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card.
